LEGENDARY POP STAR FRANKIE VALLI TO PERFORM AT MC NEICE AUDITORIUM ON FEBRUARY 12 FOR WHITEWELD FOUNDATION BENEFIT

SPARTA, NJ, January 15, 2005 — One of the greatest musical giants of the last forty years will perform live in a benefit concert for The Whiteweld Foundation, with proceeds earmarked for the children of the southern Asia tsunami disaster. This very special evening with Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons will take place on the Saturday before Valentine's Day, February 12, 2005, in Sparta, New Jersey, at the McNeice Auditorium. Oldies 1360, WNNJ-AM, is co-sponsoring the Concert along with Citizens Community Bank of Ridgewood.

Ever since "Sherry" put Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons on the popular music charts in 1962, Frankie Valli's voice and career have been an established part of popular music. In addition to numerous number one hits, Frankie Valli has made the charts more than 50 times, imbedding his timeless style and sensibility on such hits as "Walk Like A Man." "Rag Doll," "Let's Hang On," "Can't Take My Eyes Off of You," December 1963 (Oh What A Night), and "Grease."

This evening promises to be rich in musical history, infused with the excitement of live music, and graced by an indelible performer, Frankie Valli.

The Whiteweld Foundation Concert Series raises funds expressly for the benefit of a variety of children's charities, focusing on health and educational initiatives. In light of the recent tragedy in southern Asia, funds will be specifically distributed to help the children in that devastated region.
